Can I politely suggest that most people&#039;s limiting beliefs begin with one
you haven&#039;t mentioned in this interesting post, namely: 0) I have limiting
beliefs.

So I think most people are going to fail at the first hurdle

&gt; &gt; 1) Write down all the limiting beliefs you can.

They&#039;re going to pick things that they feel might be limiting them, and that
they can (probably) easily deal with, given a bit of application.

A person&#039;s TRUE limiting beliefs are usually hidden from view, often
cunningly so. So they require a great deal of personal insight to be
discovered in the first place, and eventually dealt with...

I poilitely suggest, anyway.  :-) 

Thanks for writing on self-sabotage - it&#039;s a great subject matter indeed.
